We are seeking a Custodian to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
  • Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans
  • Cleans assigned areas with the use of assigned materials and equipment. Sanitize all surfaces.
  • Seeks out areas requiring cleaning; takes initiative to complete the task.
  • Organize custodial closets and spaces
  • Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
  • Performs other duties as assigned​

The Motorcycle Service Porter is responsible for moving service and customer vehicles to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the facility and increase customer convenience and maintaining an orderly service parking area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat professional attitude, answers their questions, and directs them to the appropriate person or location.

• Controls service traffic flow and parking.

• General facility cleaning including restrooms, coffee area, and entryways.

• Maintains a clean and safe service drive area, free of trash, water, leaves and dirt.

• Assists team with all dealership events

• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to comfortably drive all sizes and types of motorcycles.
  • Excellent manual dexterity, eye for detail, and ability to kneel, crawl, reach, and stoop.
  • Good judgment and willingness to produce quality work.
  • Must have a good driving record with a motorcycle endorsement and judgment.

Responsibilities:
Greets customer on sales floor and performs a needs analysis including make, type, and features of vehicle desired.  
Explains features and demonstrates operation of vehicle in showroom or on road.  
Researches availability of models and optional equipment using computer database.  
Works with Sales and F&I Managers and negotiates sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, license fee, and discount, and requirements for financing or lease payment of vehicle.  
Walks the lot and visually inspects inventory.  
Attends/completes required training and department meetings.  
Regular and predictable attendance.

job requirement

  • Harley Davidson sales experience preferred.
  • One year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Sales skills, great communication, and excellent customer service skills are a must.
  • Organization and thorough follow-up skills are necessary for staying in touch with the client prior to and after the sale.
  • Current valid driver’s license AND MOTORCYCLE ENDORSEMENT is required for all employees.
