The Motorcycle Service Porter is responsible for moving service and customer vehicles to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the facility and increase customer convenience and maintaining an orderly service parking area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat professional attitude, answers their questions, and directs them to the appropriate person or location.

• Controls service traffic flow and parking

• Drive safely and report any lot damage immediately. Zero lot damage is the goal and the expectation

• Parks vehicles after they have been written up

• Maintains a clean and safe service drive area, free of trash, water, leaves and dirt.

• Drives vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.

• Maintains a professional appearance

• Performs other duties as assigned

• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to comfortably drive all sizes and types of motorcycles.
  • Excellent manual dexterity, eye for detail, and ability to kneel, crawl, reach, and stoop.
  • Good judgement and willingness to produce quality work.
  • Must have a good driving record with a motorcycle endorsement and judgement.

HD Master Technician

We are seeking a skilled HD Service Technician in our dealership to repair, customize, and maintain new and used Harley-Davidson© motorcycles in a timely fashion, while ensuring maximum satisfaction on work orders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform optimum service, repair, and customization work on motorcycles in accordance to factory specifications.
  • Complete repair work within scheduled or allotted time accurately.
  • Notify service planner if additional work needed or any delays in expected completion as soon as they become known.
  • Keep work area neat and organized.
  • Must consistently work under a "safety first" mindset.
  • Complete and maintain Service Technician training as assigned by Harley Davidson, with a goal of obtaining Master level certifications.
  • Road test motorcycles to ensure customer satisfaction (must have motorcycle endorsement).
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education, Qualifications and Job Requirements:

  • Harley Davidson Technician certification
  • Knowledge of motorcycle repair and maintenance.
  • Completion of a formal training program such as Motorcycle Mechanics or equivalent work experience.
  • Current motorcycle endorsement on driver's license.
  • Ability to safely work with motorcycles.
